Snacks - Quarter a tub og Ben’n’Jerrys Phish food ice cream (115)
TOTAL = 780 Calories
Did dance for half a hour and burned 260 calories so thats really 520 calories.
Bit of a fail today due to the Ben n Jerry’s, I think it’s because I am coming of my period, (to much information meh) Urgh so yeah I think I am going to not have snacks tomorrow and green tea for breakfast. It’s all good in the end :)
